GARTH RICHMOND

Garth's practice includes the preparation and prosecution of patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Garth's practice also includes performing patentability and clearance studies, as well as providing infringement and invalidity opinions. His practice focuses on the technical areas of telecommunications, digital multimedia, electronic display panels, and semiconductors.

Before joining Snyder, Clark, Lesch & Chung, Garth was an attorney at Harrity Snyder, LLP and, prior to that, was an attorney with Foley & Lardner. Prior to entering the legal field, Garth was employed in the commercial nuclear power industry and the health physics field.
